About D K House Clearances
D K House Clearances has served Lytham St. Annes, Poulton-le-Fylde and Blackpool since 1995, and the Fylde Coast is its patch. Selwyn Mares is the proprietor and David Mares drives. The firm handles full and partial house clearances, bereavement clearances and commercial clearances, and it also moves households: house removals, flat moves and commercial relocations, with single items or full loads. Recycling and disposal are done in an eco-friendly way wherever possible, and the work is Environment Agency compliant. It is open six days a week, gives free quotes and is fully insured. Customers praise quick, efficient clearances at short notice, and trading terms are published. Tracy Wilde is the named contact. Rated 4.9 from 7 Google reviews, 6 of them five stars.
HGV operator licence
We did not find this firm on DVSA's register of goods vehicle operator licences. That is not a mark against it: vans of 3.5 tonnes or less need no operator licence, and a firm may hold one under a different company name. If a firm will send a lorry, ask for its licence number and look it up on GOV.UK.
